A true business community has been established by creating Space @, one that allows small businesses and freelancers from all sectors to work together, to share best practice and to keep business flowing. Current Space @ Members include independent companies within energy, art & design, teaching, marketing & media, legal, architectural, accountancy, recruitment, events and food & supplements, who are all now working collaboratively.
With our mix of hot desking, dedicated desks, private offices, virtual offices and meeting rooms, a unique community has been created which allows all Space @ Members to come together to discuss challenges faced in their respective businesses, as well as socially.
Space @ allows you to live locally but to work globally.
Located just 5 minutes walk from the Metro, 2 minutes walk from free car parking and only 3 minutes from the wonderful Spanish City and, of course, our gorgeous Blue Flag beaches.
The North East Coastline and Whitley Bay in particularly have a strong architectural heritage and Space @ has reinvigorated life into a former bank and accountancy offices which have both character and personality whilst providing a clean, professional and modern working environment.

Cafés, artisan shops and local boutiques are offering a discount for all Space @ Members to further breathe life into the regenerated town and increase the sense of community amongst local businesses.

We know how important location is. Space @ was borne from a frustration of not being able to find suitable professional office space which did not involve being part of an often-soulless business park. We wanted something different; something with character!
